About the Role
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll join the Marketing Communication & Events team, working closely with two talented colleagues and partnering with external creative and web agencies. You’ll report directly to the Senior Marketing Communication & Events Manager.
Your mission?To connect with our audiences with meaningful digital content, enhance our social and web presence, and deliver seamless digital platform experiences across all touchpoints.
This is a hands-on, content-focused role where creativity meets execution. Our social media channels and national website are your playground, where you create impactful digital stories and experiences that resonate with B2B and B2C audiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Web Management
Own the content management of our national websites (kia.be and kia.lu), including dealer pages
Coordinate web projects and maintain planning and deadlines, aligned with the broader marketing roadmap
Serve as the central point of contact for Kia Europe to localize and implement international content (new model pages, campaign pages, product updates, etc.), while creating
Create customized local webpages based on our local market needs
Ensure all content reflects our brand’s look & feel and adheres to our Corporate Identity standards
Act as primary contact for our external web agency; brief, coordinate and follow-up on planning & actions
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Coordinate the local content strategy & execution in collaboration with our creative agency
Oversee the monthly social media calendar, based on European content and guidelines, and local topics from Marketing or other departments.
Brief, review, and approve social media content across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok…) before going live
Monitor and improve our social media performance, in collaboration with our external agency.
Stay ahead of trends — and bring fresh, innovative social media ideas to the table.
3. Data, Analysis & Performance
Monitor and report on main web KPI’s (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Translate web data into recommendations, insights and opportunities for broader marketing planning and actions.
Collaborate on initiatives to improve lead generation and digital conversion points (e.g. test drives, offer requests, brochure downloads, dealer searches, newsletter sign-ups)
Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
You bring 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing role — ideally within the automotive industry
A natural communicator, you are fluent in English, Dutch, and French, both spoken and written
Your creative mindset fuels a passion for storytelling, digital strategy, and brand communication
With strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, you craft customer-centric content that drives results
You’re familiar with CMS platforms and digital tools (such as Jira, Confluence, GA4, and Google My Business,...) and you are ready to build on that experience.
Highly organized, you manage project timelines and coordinate with ease, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture
You thrive in a proactive, hands-on environment — a collaborative team player who’s also confident working independently
You're a curious, lifelong learner who stays ahead of social media trends and digital innovations.
