To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for an ambitious Fleet Account Manager who will help strengthen our Fleet business, grow our professional customer base and further develop our dealer network across Belgium and Luxembourg.


Your Role:

As Fleet Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing Kia’s Fleet business across Belgium and Luxembourg, with a strong focus on visiting professional customers and building long-term commercial relationships in the field, in order to position Kia as a preferred Fleet mobility partner.

This is a visible and hands-on commercial role, combining strategic thinking with strong execution. You'll work closely with dealers, Fleet accounts, Fleet partners and internal stakeholders to accelerate Fleet growth by leveraging Kia's industry-leading electrified vehicle portfolio—including our award-winning EV range—and our innovative PBV solutions. 


You will report directly to the Senior Manager Fleet.


Your responsibilities :

  • Drive sustainable Fleet sales growth across the Kia Belux dealer network by actively developing new business opportunities in the field and increasing direct contact with professional customers

  • Coach and challenge dealers to strengthen their Fleet approach, improve prospecting activities and increase customer acquisition and retention

  • Develop and follow up dealer business development action plans focused on lead generation, conversion, customer relationships and commercial performance

  • Actively prospect, visit and develop professional customers, including corporate clients, SMEs, public authorities, leasing companies and strategic partners

  • Plan and conduct regular customer visits, negotiations, product demonstrations, networking events and local business development initiatives

  • Increase awareness and strengthen Kia’s position as the preferred Fleet partner for electrified mobility solutions

  • Monitor dealer performance through relevant KPIs, sales targets, pipeline quality, profitability and commercial action plans

  • Identify and support public tender opportunities in collaboration with dealers

  • Share market insights, customer feedback and commercial recommendations to continuously improve Kia’s Fleet performance

  • Act as the key liaison between Kia Belux, the dealer network and Fleet customers, ensuring a consistent and customer-focused commercial approach

Your profile :

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the automotive sector

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in Fleet business development, preferably through direct and/or indirect sales channels or dealer networks

  • With your strong hunter mentality, you know how to drive business development through active prospecting, customer visits and professional customer acquisition

  • You like being present in the field and are willing to travel regularly across Belgium, with an initial focus on Flanders

  • You are entrepreneurial, proactive and able to turn opportunities into sustainable business growth

  • You have an interest in sustainable mobility and the transition towards electrified Fleet solutions

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English

  • You work independently, set clear priorities and remain resilient in a dynamic commercial environment

  • You are positive, flexible and comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-moving organization
