The Product Marketing and Conversion Manager PBV will report to the Senior Manager Product Marketing.


  • LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) product expert within Kia Belux structure

  • Central contact point for all PBV (Platform Beyond Vehicle) Product, Conversion & Pricing matters within Kia Belux but also with Kia European HQ and Kia Belux network

  • Build a strong product and conversion business plan for the launch of Kia PBV (Platform Beyond Vehicle) activity

  • Ensure successful life cycle management from A to Z, including conversion business opportunities :

    • Go to market strategy of new products

    • Adaptation of European product line up to local LCV / PBV market requirements

    • Pricing development in line with required competitiveness and profit

    • Ensure timely product updates in line with management requirements to enhance competitiveness

  • Initiate the conversion business

    • Install a solid collaboration frame with a network of external partners

    • Create a conversion project plan in line with the available PBV product line-up   

    • Initiate and follow-up on conversion projects in collaboration with the partners and in function of the LCV market and PBV requirements

    • Localize collaboration with pan-European partners where relevant

  • Organize the necessary field visits to dealer partners and conversion business partners during start-up and ramp-up phase

  • Research, analyze and monitor relevant financial, technological, taxation and demographic factors to capitalize on LCV market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity

  • Provide support for product training with the needed market and product input and participate actively in product training sessions.  Play an active role in the development of a product training program.

  • Demonstrate strong interest and knowledge in electrification with a close monitoring of industry trends and opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing communication team to ensure the use of the right product content


  • Master degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent through professional experience

  • A first successful experience in LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) product management of at least 3-4 years within automotive sector, including proven track record of follow-up of conversion business with external partners, specific to the LCV market

  • Affinity with homologation processes

  • Strong interest in Product Management, automotive and electrification

  • Strong interest/expertise in LCV and conversions

  • Strategic vision with impactful and efficient presentation ability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mind, result-oriented  and team spirit

  • Ability to handle dealer / converter / customer / technical requirements specific to the LCV business

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

  • Very good communication skills in French, Dutch and English​
